JOURNALIST

Syeda Uddin is a gifted photographer who has also discovered her passion in journalism. She graduated with a 2:1 in BA Media and Culture & Photography from the University of Roehampton and has gone on to further obtain a PPA accredited MA Journalism degree, in the same establishment.

Chosen as Editor-in-Chief for the third issue of SLEUTH Magazine in 2019, she has demonstrated an eagle eye for precision, detail and quality at a very early stage in her career. A skill, amongst many others which also swiftly landed her a position with Blowout Magazine, as a features writer.

Syeda's innate flare for creativity is what sparks her ability to juggle several projects at one time and to produce work at an incredibly high-standard, in a style that can only be described as her own.

As well as Photography and Journalism, she continues to pursue other artistic interests which she believes will only enhance her current skill set. Syeda is bilingual (Bengali and English), and is currently pushing herself to learn two more languages; Arabic and Spanish.

Her unique perspective and multi-talented skill set allows her to be confident in being the vey best that she can be. A born leader, she continues to actively seek new challenges.
